The new in-molded superlight all mountain helmet with a perfect fit…

The Toupee offers the highest quality in- molded construction with our newest SHREDVent system, that allows optimum ventilation of the goggle-helmet system. It offers an adjustable fit with SHREDwheel, and a great comfort with Soft earpads and SHREDry inner lining. Interchangeable SHRED goggle Buckle. Complies to CE EN1077 and ASTMF2040 for the highest safety standards.

Technology Features

In-molded construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet’s impact-absorbing foam liner for extra durability and a very low weight. Protection, comfort and value are maximized.
SHREDVent uses a system of helmet vents to pull warm and moist air out of the goggles and exhaust it out of the helmet to prevent fogging.
The SHRED Wheel makes it easy to dial in a custom fit in seconds, even with gloves on. An ergo-friendly dial at the base of the helmet provides up to 6cm of adjustment and enhanced stability.
Shred Dry FabricSHREDry is a breathable, temperature controlling, anti-odor and anti-static inner lining so you will stay dry, comfortable and warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

How to Fit Your Shred Helmet

Measure your head with a Shred tape at a retail store to determine your size range. Remember though: the best way to choose your helmet is to try it on!

Measure Your HeadTo check if you found the correct size, adjust the retention system properly. You will know the helmet is the right size when it sits snuggly and does not come off when quickly rotating the head forward and backward, as well as side to side.

If you do not have access to helmet for fitting, measure your head with a Shred tape measure by placing it around your head and horizontally over your eyebrows. Feel free to ask the retailers to help you out in the process. They will help you choose the right size.

If a Shred tape measure is not available, use any flexible alternative (the kind tailors use). If you need to convert to metric, use this website: http://www.worldwidemetric.com/measurements.html

A size 58 helmet corresponds to 58cm circumferance, a size 61 is 61cm, etc….

Remember that every head is different, so the tape measurement may not be as accurate as actually trying the helmet on. The shape of your head is not a perfect circle!

We cannot stress this enough: choose the right helmet size and wear it properly!!!
