Bode Miller on a Familiar Frame?
Did anybody see what we saw at the Olympic Men’s Downhill the other day?
There weren’t any Shred Goggle riders on the start list of that race and it wasn’t until a day later that one of our Shredders at large noticed and brought the shocking picture to our attention. What picture? Well, here, see for yourself:
Now, I don’t know about you, but don’t those frames look strikingly familiar? The shape looks eerily similar to the ones Ted is wearing in the picture to the right and shockingly dissimilar to the ones Bode usually wore.
Now, if indeed they are Shred Soaza frames, I think that fact would speak for itself… comfort, field of vision and lenses fit for champions.
Wow… one thing’s for sure: Bode Shreds.

Guys…the Bode photo on the left does indeed look like Soaza’s doctored to look like Superfund Super Race goggles. BUT…the Bode photo on the right is NOT from the Downhill race depicted on the left – and the Briko goggles in that right photo are not Shred goggles.

Thats the point, the ones on the right are what Bode usually wears.

Yup…I got that after I posted and didn’t have ability to edit. I did notice yesterday that Bode was wearing the Briko goggles for his slalom run. Congrats, Bode!

wonder if anyone would ever have the balls to quiz him about it. Or even better get someone from Briko to make a statement.
