ABOUT ME (provide a bio): I grew up skiing with a racing focus with the Snowbird Sports Education Foundation. After high school, my skiing focus gradually changed from racing into skiing as an art form. I put my skis down for a season and picked up a camera, ironically this decision progressed my skiing even farther. Spending time behind a lens has allowed me to see skiing as the art it truly is. Skiing is how I express myself, which adds so much more value and meaning every time I click in and shred.
SOMETHING YOU THINK EVERYONE SHOULD TRY IN THEIR LIFETIME: Camping in Southern Utah…but not at the same time as me!
Age you learned to Shred: I was on skis at 2….but I don’t think I really learned to shred until I could keep up with the legendary Snowbird Ski Team coaches.
CRAZIEST DREAM: I got really sick on a ski racing trip to Chile one year. Between my sickness, the weird Chilean drugs they gave me, and the altitude we were staying at (10,000 feet) I was drifting in and out of reality for a few days. I can’t really tell you anything specific about those days even if I wanted to.
WHAT EXCITES YOU: There is nothing sicker than watching my little sister shred powder turns with the most perfect combination of grace and power, that girl knows how to ski.
